SOLUTION: This management device 100 recognizes a plurality of radio terminals connected to the ad hoc network. A change instruction transmitting part 31 of the management device 100 transmits change instruction information including a changed set value to each radio terminal. Each radio terminal transmits a response signal to the management device 100 when receiving the change instruction information. A response receiving part 32 of the management device 100 determines that each radio terminal has received the change instruction information by receiving the response signal from each radio terminal. When determining that each radio terminal has received the change instruction information, a reset instruction transmitting part 33 of the management device 100 transmits reset instruction information to each radio terminal.
