PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow for determination of normal/abnormal from the measurement results of signal level, and notification of the determination results, in a signal level measurement apparatus of a television broadcast signal.SOLUTION: A signal level measurement apparatus includes a level detection circuit 10 for selecting the channel of a target broadcast signal among the received signals and measuring the signal level, a demodulation unit 34 for demodulating the broadcast signal subjected to channel selection by tuners 30, 32 and measuring the signal quality (BER, MER, and the like), and a control unit 40 for detecting the signal level and signal quality of all channels to be measured via the level detection circuit 10 and demodulation unit 34, and then determining the normal/abnormal of each channel from the detection results and displaying in a display 36. The control unit 40 generates a message for notifying of the abnormal cause or an abnormality countermeasure by analyzing the abnormal state at the time of abnormality determination, and displays the message in the display 36 in response to a request from an input unit 38.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
