[Problem] To maintain optical properties (transmittance, pattern visibility in a transparent conductive layer etc.) at a high level while realizing a transparent conductive film having high adhesiveness between a substrate film and a transparent conductive layer etc. even in high-temperature, high-humidity environments. [Solution] This transparent conductive film 10 is provided with: a transparent substrate film 11; a peeling prevention layer 12 having a thickness of 1.5-8 nm on one main surface of the substrate film 11; an optical adjustment layer 13 having a thickness of 10-25 nm on the peeling prevention layer; and a patterned transparent conductive layer 14 on the optical adjustment layer 13. The transmission Y value measured from the transparent conductive layer 14 side is 88.0 or more, and the reflected color difference ΔE between a patterned portion 15 and a non-patterned portion 16 is 7.0 or less.
