PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve efficiency of a heating cooker for cooking an object to be cooked by hot air.SOLUTION: A heating cooker 10 includes: a cooking chamber 37 in which an object to be cooked is arranged; and a heating chamber 38 provided adjacent to the cooking chamber 37. In the cooking chamber 37, first heating parts 65A-65E are arranged, and in the heating chamber 38, second heating parts 67A, 67B are arranged. Also, the heating cooker includes a fan 70 for allowing the air in the cooking chamber 37 to flow into the heat chamber 38 and for circulating the air heated by the second heating parts 67A, 67B in the cooking chamber 37. Then, a control unit 95 performs hot air circulation cooking having: preheating step of operating the first heating parts 65A-65E, and for stopping the air circulation by the fan 70; and a cooking step of operating the second heating parts 67A, 67B, and for circulating the air by the fan 70.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 |
