PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an insulator is provided to improve an insulating function and a durability and have good corrosion resistance, excess moisture tolerance, and fire retardant effect. CONSTITUTION: A natural fiber of 46 % is dried to a water content less than 8 %. The natural fiber of 46 %, an epoxy resin of 28 %, a glass fiber of 13 %, a boron of 8 %, a vinyl chloride of 4 %, a hardening agent of 0.4 %, a catalyzer of 0.2 %, a paraffin of 0.2 %, and a pigment of 0.2% are mixed and stirred. The mixture is provided into an insulator mold which is heat at 150°C. The heat mixture is firstly pressurized. When a forming possible time comes, the first pressurized mixture is secondly pressurized at 50 kg/cm¬2 to induce a magnetic thermal reaction of an epoxy resin. The mold is fixed for about 3-5 minutes. An insulator is separated from the mold.
