PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for estimating a fading frequency capable of improving the mobility of a user terminal in a HetNet.SOLUTION: This method for estimating a fading frequency comprises the steps of: arranging, in a radio base station, a reference signal used for the estimation of a fading frequency in a user terminal within a cell by using an arrangement format in which the reference signal is arranged with relatively high density in at least some of radio resources allocated to a downlink shared data channel; transmitting, to the user terminal, information about the allocation of radio resources for the downlink shared data channel; estimating, in the user terminal, a fading frequency on the basis of a channel estimated value of the reference signal; and transmitting the estimated fading frequency to the radio base station in response to a transmission request from the radio base station. |
