<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal energy controller for achieving the well-balanced reduction of the operation costs and environmental damage costs of a thermal energy supply device. <P>SOLUTION: This thermal energy controller is provided with a required thermal energy quantity predicting part 11 for predicting required thermal energy quantity; a cost storage part 12 for storing operation costs and environmental damage costs per the unit thermal energy supply quantity of a thermal energy supply equipment 3; a converting efficiency acquisition part 13 for acquiring the thermal energy converting efficiency of the thermal energy supply equipment 3 based on the temperature conditions of an air-conditioning target facility 2; an equipment selection part 14 for combining a plurality of thermal energy supply equipment, and for selecting the combination minimizing costs calculated by multiplying the sum of the operation costs and environmental damage costs of the respective energy supply equipment necessary for supplying required thermal energy quantity by thermal energy conversion efficiency acquired by the converting efficiency acquisition part 13; and a temperature information collection part 15 for collecting temperature information showing the temperature conditions of the air conditioning target facility 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
