<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer printed board with simple and compact structure in which a filter is constituted integrally by forming a closed magnetic path to surround a signal via provided in the magnetic layer of the multilayer printed board, and common mode noise can be suppressed efficiently as superposed on a differential transmission line performing high speed digital signal transmission. <P>SOLUTION: The multilayer printed board comprises a laminate printed board of at least three layers including a first signal layer and a second signal layer. A magnetic layer is provided between the first signal layer and the second signal layer. First signal wiring formed on the first signal layer 11 and second signal wiring formed on the second signal layer are connected electrically through a via hole.
