One embodiment of a motor of the present invention is provided with a shaft, an upper side rotor, a stator facing the upper side rotor in the axial direction, and a bearing. The upper side rotor has an upper side magnet facing the stator in the axial direction and is positioned on the upper side of the stator. The upper side magnet has a plurality of magnetic poles arranged along the circumferential direction. The stator has a plurality of cores arranged along the circumferential direction. The cores have respective upper side rotor facing surfaces that are surfaces facing the upper side rotor. The upper side rotor facing surfaces are each provided with a plurality of upper side extending portions extending in the radial direction. The upper side extending portions are protruded portions protruded upward from the upper side rotor facing surfaces or recessed portions recessed downward from the upper side rotor facing surfaces. The number of upper side extending portions provided on each of the upper side rotor facing surfaces is obtained by subtracting one from a value obtained by dividing the least common multiple of the number of cores and the number of magnetic poles of the upper side magnet by the number of cores. |
