PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plasma cutting torch and a plasma cutting device for generating a pilot arc, without using a high frequency.SOLUTION: In the plasma cutting torch and the plasma cutting device, the plasma cutting torch comprises a slide metal fitting movable in the vertical direction and a mechanism for contacting and releasing an electrode and a tip by a spring and an electromagnet for moving the slide metal fitting, and a plasma cutting power source impresses voltage in a state of contacting the tip with the electrode of the plasma cutting torch, and generates the pilot arc by releasing contact between the electrode and the tip by the electromagnet in this state, so that there is no need to provide a high frequency power source part for supplying high frequency voltage to the plasma cutting torch and a safety circuit to high frequency noise. |
