A program, a device, and a method for controlling a display location of a manipulation menu are provided to always display the manipulation menu to the location suitable for a use environment without any switching button by displaying the manipulation menu to the optimal location based on the selected location of an ordered menu button after displaying a menu group of the same contents to a left/right side of a screen. A screen display program(102) displays the first screen arranging multiple selection items representing the same contents to the left/right side of the screen. A receiver program(103) receives information for the item selected from the first screen. A display location determining program(104) determines the location for displaying the manipulation menu by referring to a display location information table(110) managing the display location information of the selected item in the first screen based on the received information. A manipulation menu display program(105) displays the manipulation menu to the determined location.
