PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic light-emitting device which can simply form an intermediate layer under atmospheric pressure and exhibit superior light-emitting efficiency. SOLUTION: An organic light-emitting device has a light-emitting layer between a cathode and an anode, and an intermediate layer in contact with the cathode between the light-emitting layer and the cathode.
