PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building in which a predetermined parking space is secured in a mechanical multistory parking garage facility without reducing the living space of a building body even if the building having the mechanical multistory parking garage facility in a hollow part is multi-storied. SOLUTION: In this building 1 having the mechanical multistory parking garage facility 3 in the hollow part 5, the hollow part 5 vertically extending through the multiple stories of the building is formed in the building body 2 with multiple stories. The mechanical multistory parking garage facility 3 comprises a skeleton structure different from that of the building body 2. A plurality of locking part 6 locked to the building body 2 are attached to the outer peripheral part 4a of the parking skeleton 4 at intervals in the vertical direction. A plurality of parts to be locked 7 corresponding to the locking part 6 are attached to the inner peripheral part 2a of the building body facing the hollow part 5. A load on the mechanical multistory parking garage facility 3 is supported by locking the locking parts 6 to the parts to be locked 6 through a vibration damping rubber 10.
