The present invention relates to a unmanned delivery method using an unmanned parcel delivery system which has a simple and convenient return process while having no concern for loss, by returning received freights separately from normal delivery, requiring to register delivery information, when the received freights are returned, in enabling an inhabitant to receive and deliver the freights using an unmanned parcel delivery system. The unmanned delivery method of the present invention includes the steps of showing a menu of warehousing, delivery and return during usage authentication of a delivery person and the inhabitant (S30); and performing freight receipt, freight delivery and freight return of the inhabitant by executing warehousing, delivery and return of the freight according to the selection menu by classifying the delivery person and the inhabitant (S40). The method of the present invention prevents loss of the freight by additional authentication with a password for return in case of freight return. |
