DIGITAL WATERMARKING PAD AND DETECTION

摘要

Provided is a digital watermark padding technique for padding digital watermarking information in a text data thereby to form a digital watermark padded image. That technique includes a digital watermarking program, a digital watermarking device and a digital watermarking method, which are enabled, by detecting the characteristics of letters as the data to be digitally watermarked such as the directions and thicknesses of lines composing the letters as the characteristics thereof and by padding the digital watermarking information in the letters on the basis of the detected characteristics, to pad the digital watermarking information in a document hard to discriminate visually, and to detect the padded digital watermarking information stably even after printed out, copied or scanned.
