<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high capacity and highly reliable lithium ion secondary battery, by restraining the deterioration in the inside of a battery caused by being exposed to a heat history. <P>SOLUTION: A ratio RG (= Gs/Gb) of a graphitization degree Gs determined from a surface-increased Raman spectral spectrum to a graphitization degree Gb determined from a Raman spectral spectrum using an argon laser beam, which are structural parameters of a carbon material, is specified to 4.5 or more. This nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery is constituted by using this ratio for a negative electrode. In the surface-increased Raman spectral spectrum using the argon laser beam, the nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery is constituted by using a material having the peak in a range of 1360 cm<SP>-1</SP>or more for the negative electrode. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
