<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To analyze a change with time in a work flow based on the operating state of a computer system, and to easily recognize change content. <P>SOLUTION: An update information classification means 13 classifies update information 11a, 11b, and so on into corresponding analysis unit periods based on period information 12a. A work flow extraction means 14 generates work flow information by arranging the group names of data groups in the ascending order of the update time for each work processing with respect to each analysis unit period. A transition information generation means 15 specifies transition functions as a relation between two continuously updated data groups, and generates transition information showing the number of the appearance of each transition relation with respect to each analysis unit period.
