The present invention relates to a safe payment system and method using a portable terminal and accessory. When a portable terminal provides payment information including at least one of the number of payment limit and a payment available time for an accessory, the accessory makes payment by using the provided payment information. When the number of payment limit exceeds or when the payment available time has passed, payment information may be discarded, and when wearing of the accessory is released, payment information is discarded, thus, ensuring safe payment. |
