PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production system for solid oil-and-fat food containing the air bubbles capable of increasing an overrun value and uniformly dispersing the air bubbles, and to provide a method for producing the solid oil-and-fat food containing the air bubbles.SOLUTION: The production system for the solid oil-and-fat food containing the air bubbles includes: a delivering pump 1 for delivering a raw material M including oils and fats and flowably warmed; an air containing device 3 for containing the raw material M delivered from the delivering pump 1 with gas G; a subdividing and mixing device 30 for subdividing and remixing an air contained raw material Mg in a flow state in which the gas G is contained by the air container 3 to subdivide an air bubble B included in the air containing raw material Mg; and a cooler 40 for cooling and solidifying the air containing raw material Mg containing the air bubbles subdivided by the subdividing and mixing device 30. |
