PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a credit determination device capable of accurately and quickly making credit determination in allotment payment for the value of a service or a merchandise price.SOLUTION: The credit determination device is configured to acquire external credit information including the number of borrowing items, borrowing residual balances, and/or transfer information of a user as an allotment payment target from an external credit institution, and to register the attribute information of the user in association with the identification number of the user in a storage part, and to calculate an allotment enabling upper limit amount for the user on the basis of a predetermined calculation formula by using the external credit information and the attribute information, and to calculate scoring points from the attribute information, and to determine whether the allotment payment of a merchandise price is possible or impossible on the basis of the allotment enabling upper limit amount and the scoring points.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
