PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a yogurt material capable of producing homemade yogurt at home, and a yogurt production method using the yogurt material.SOLUTION: The powdery yogurt material comprises: powdered milk; and lactic acid bacterium, and is made into yogurt by adding water thereto and performing fermentation. The powdery yogurt material further comprises: the powder of casein; oligosaccharide; and propionic acid bacteria. The powdered milk essentially consists of whey. Further, the yogurt production method uses the powdery yogurt material. |
