PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for liquid treatment capable of obtaining high safety.SOLUTION: Provided is a device for liquid treatment, comprising: a treatment chamber of treating liquid to be treated having conductivity; a long-length discharge space forming tube provided so as to be contacted with the liquid to be treated fluidizing at the inside of the treatment chamber, sealed with a discharge gas, and made of a dielectric material; with either terminal of the driving power source is electrically connected with the long-length electrode, and the other terminal of the driving power source and the liquid to be treated is electrically contacted to make the liquid to be treated into a ground potential state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
