PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor, an image processing method and an image processing program, capable of detecting precisely a ground surface from a two-dimensional image to be restored three-dimensionally. SOLUTION: This image processor or the like stores an object model of an object for reference, and a ground surface model when the object for reference is put thereon under various conditions, while correlated each other, in a database, and detects the object and a posture thereof from an input image with an imaged recognition-objective object, a ground surface estimating part 26 selects the ground surface model located in the lowest position along a gravitational direction, based on the object model of the detected object, referring to the database, and a three-dimensional restoration part 24 carries out three-dimensional restoration, using the object model of the detected object and the selected ground surface model.
