The invention contains a method of streaming video data or similar data from a server apparatus (120) to a client apparatus (142), wherein one or more copies of a title of video data are administrated in the server apparatus and stored in the database, wherein data are streamed from the database on request of a client apparatus, wherein during a certain period of time in which streaming takes place only one client apparatus is permitted to access the video data from the stored title of data.
