<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system allowing use of various Web applications as Web service. <P>SOLUTION: A semi-structured data element division part 21 divides semi-structured data into elements of a minimum unit constituting the semi-structured data, and calculates a depth in each element in a hierarchical structure of the semi-structured data. A depth characteristic extraction part 22 extracts a characteristic of a depth change from the depth in each element calculated in the semi-structured data element division part 21.
