<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for cleaning a system for supplying two-liquid mixing type paint, in which the occurrence of defective cleaning or defective coating is prevented by surely obstructing a backward flow when a pipe between a switching valve unit and a junction is cleaned even if a backward flow preventing valve is not arranged on the line between them. <P>SOLUTION: The method for cleaning the system for supplying two-liquid mixing type paint comprises a principal agent-side cleaning step (A<SB>n</SB>) and a curing agent-side cleaning step (B<SB>n</SB>), which are repeated alternately, a principal agent-cleaning liquid packing step (C<SB>n</SB>) of packing a principal agent-cleaning liquid in a principal agent supply pipe (2A) at the least, which is carried out after the principal agent-side cleaning step (A<SB>n</SB>) is completed and before the curing agent-side cleaning step (B<SB>n</SB>) is started, and a curing agent-cleaning liquid packing step (D<SB>n</SB>) of packing a curing agent-cleaning liquid in a curing agent supply pipe (2B) at the least, which is carried out after the curing agent-side cleaning step (B<SB>n</SB>) is completed and before the principal agent-side cleaning step (A<SB>n+1</SB>) is started. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
