<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a road mirror which is advantageous in terms of downsizing and cost reduction, while effectively preventing dew condensation. <P>SOLUTION: This road mirror 10 is equipped with a roof frame 16 which is elongated along the upper edge of a reflecting mirror 14 so as to prevent the adhesion of rain to the reflecting mirror 14. Two blast ports 1610 and two air intakes 1612 are formed in the undersurface portion 1602 of the roof frame 16. Two micro fans 18 are provided in a state of facing the two blast ports 1610 in an internal space S, respectively. At night, electric power is supplied to the micro fan 18 by a drive control portion 28 on the basis of a detection signal from an illuminance sensor 26, and the blast operation of the micro fan 18 is performed, a slow airflow which is generated by the micro fan 18 runs along the surface of the reflecting mirror 14. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
