<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively cope when there is a possibility of an abnormal state or of heating, with respect to overcurrent. <P>SOLUTION: A current of a low resistor 17, that is inserted in a battery line, is measured; and if the measured current is larger than the reference data, that the current is abnormal is reported to a control system device 8; and current reduction process is changed stepwise, when the measured current is larger than the reference data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
