<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal device mounted with non-contact IC functions which can improve security without damaging convenience for users and prevent an unauthorized use by a third person beforehand. <P>SOLUTION: A cellular phone 100 has a FeliCa IC module 190 which performs non-contact communication with an external reader/writer 200, an inclination sensor 160 which detects an inclination of a main body of the cellular phone 100, and a power supply IC 180 which individually supplies electric power to the main body of the cellular phone 100 and the FeliCa IC module 190. If the inclination of the main body of the cellular phone 100 is equal to or larger than a specified value based on the horizontal direction (a position at which the cellular phone 100 is held up to the external reader/writer 200), a controller 110 determines that a user dose not use the FeliCa IC module 190, and then performs non-contact IC security control to stop power supply to the FeliCa IC module 190. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
