摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-blackout rescue operation device capable of performing in-blackout rescue operation even when charge capacity of a power storage part is insufficient when a blackout occurs.SOLUTION: When detecting a blackout, an in-blackout rescue operation device for an elevator stops a car and brakes a permanent magnet type synchronous electric motor. Thereafter, when charge capacity of a power storage part is a prescribed value or greater, the in-blackout rescue operation device closes opening/closing means supplying power of the power storage part to an inverter, and causes the car to be operated by drive of the inverter by use of the power of the power storage part. When the charge capacity is less than the prescribed value and when the car and a counterweight are not in balance, the in-blackout rescue operation device performs a connection changeover of the permanent magnet type synchronous electric motor to charging means by which the power storage part is charged as the opening/closing means is opened, releases an electromagnetic brake, and causes the car to be operated.
