PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate detection of abnormality of a component in the external inspection.SOLUTION: A movable part 30 and a fixing part 40 are oppositely arranged in a sealed tank 15 and an operation mechanism 11 is disposed outside the tank. The operation mechanism 11 is connected to the movable part 30 in the sealed tank 15 via a seal mechanism 50. The operation mechanism 11 performs current conduction and interruption by driving the movable part 30 to the fixing part 40 in an approaching/separating direction. Outside of the sealed tank 15, a deformable member 9 is provided which connects the movable part 30 and the operation mechanism 11. The deformable member 9 is deformed by an overload, thereby capable of detecting abnormality of the inside of the sealed tank 15 or the operation mechanism 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
