PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exercise implement which can transmit a motion of one leg to the other leg by making it interlocked with that of the other leg in a state that a user is in a seating position of seating on a chair, also can transmit the motion to a belly part and a back part while making it interlocked with those of the belly part and the back part, and can effectively perform a total body exercise and an exercise like the total body exercise.SOLUTION: An exercise implement comprises: an inextensible belt member 3 which is wound around a waist of a user, and arranged with first connecting parts 21 at left and right sides; inextensible leg cord members 7, 8 which correspond to left and right legs of the user; and a regulation interlock member 9 which regulates an interval between left and right cords 53, 53 of the left and right leg cord members. The leg cord members 7, 8 have foot-side attachment parts 59 at lower ends of the cords 53, and second connecting parts 56 connected to the first connecting parts 21 at upper ends of the cords 53. The interval regulation member 9 has slide guide parts 79, 79 which make both the left and right cords 53, 53 slide in their length directions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
