PURPOSE: A print head manufacturing method is provided to install a thin long channel and to reinforce the long channel, having the extended channel on a part of the channel. CONSTITUTION: The print head has:a liquid chamber(1) where multi-layered metal plate is attached by the piezo-electric element; a liquid chamber stored with ink inside the liquid chamber layer; a restrictor(3) for controlling the flow of the ink; a nozzle(5) provided on the lower end of the liquid chamber layer; a vibrating plate(6) covering the a pressurizing chamber on the upper end of the liquid chamber layer. Herein, the restrictor connects the liquid chamber(2) with the pressurizing chamber(4), and the nozzle(5) is connected to the pressurizing chamber. The piezo-electric body operated by an electrode is put on the upper part of the vibrating plate.
