PROBES AND METHODS FOR DETECTING GLEEVEC-RESISTANT BCR-ABL MUTATIONS

<p>The present disclosure provides probes that can be used to detect AbI kinase domain mutations, such as mutations in amino acids 315 and 317. Also provided are kits that include such probes, and methods of using the probes to detect Bcr-Abl mutations. Such methods can be used to clinically manage CML or Ph+ ALL patients.</p>
