PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure for an on-vehicle speaker applicable to various types of vehicles without changing brackets. SOLUTION: In the mounting structure for mounting, to a wall part 10, a speaker body 1 to be arranged in the state where it retracts inside a cavity 11 facing an opening 10a provided on the wall part 10 inside a cabin, the pair of brackets 2, 3 having a plurality of semicircular notches 20 to 22, 30 to 32 arranged in line are slidably engaged by using a guide groove 1b provided on the bottom face of the speaker body 1, so that an interval between mounting pieces 2b, 3b of the both brackets 2, 3 can be changed. With the both mounting pieces 2b, 3b set at a required interval, the selectively opposing notches of the both brackets 2, 3 are made correspond to a screw hole 1a of the speaker body 1, and a fixation screw 8 is screwed into the screw hole 1a to fix the both brackets 2, 3 to the bottom face of the speaker body 1.
