PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform chip removal work not requiring labor for scraping up the chip for separating the magnetic chip mixed into a lubricant and a cutting oil. SOLUTION: In the chip removal device for and the cutting oil and the lubricant, a non-magnetic oil receiving plate 30 is placed on a frame through a magnet, and the oil receiving plate is pivotally installed on the frame and can be arranged in a slope-like shape making a pivoting center side to an upper part. A feeding nozzle 54 is arranged above an upstream side of the oil receiving plate on the frame, a cleaned cutting fluid receiving box 60 is arranged below a downstream side, and a chip receiving box 71 is arranged below the upstream side of the oil receiving plate on the frame.
