<p>The apparatus (1) has a housing (4), a hearing aid shell (6) arranged in the housing for inserting a hearing aid (10). An electro-aerodynamic fan (7) is arranged in the housing that accelerates air for drying the hearing aid, where the electro-aerodynamic fan accelerates air by an electro-aerodynamic pump. The pump generates gas ions and accelerates gas ions through an electrical field. The air flow generated by the electro-aerodynamic fan is routed from a supply air opening (8) through the hearing aid shell to a discharge air opening (9). An independent claim is also included for a method for drying a hearing aid.</p> |
