A two-needle bed warp knitting machine, comprising a stitch forming device, ground bar devices (3, 3¡¯) and a transmission device, wherein the stitch forming device comprises front and rear needle bed parts (1, 1¡¯) and front and rear sinker bed parts (2, 2¡¯); the ground bar devices (3, 3¡¯) comprise an upper balance shaft (11), a terry bar cradle (12) and ground bar fixing bases (3-1) in bilateral symmetry; and the transmission device comprises front and rear needle bed transmission mechanisms (4, 4¡¯), front and rear sinker bed transmission mechanisms (5, 5¡¯), front and rear knocking-over transmission mechanisms (6, 6¡¯), and an upper balance shaft transmission mechanism (7) of a guide bar cradle, wherein the front and rear needle bed transmission mechanisms (4, 4¡¯) provide power for the front and rear needle bed parts (1, 1¡¯), the front and rear sinker bed transmission mechanisms (5, 5¡¯) provide power for the front and rear sinker bed parts (2, 2¡¯), the front and rear knocking-over transmission mechanisms (6, 6¡¯) provide power for the front and rear balance shafts (10, 10¡¯), and the upper balance shaft transmission mechanism (7) of the guide bar cradle provides power for the terry bar cradle (12). The two-needle bed warp knitting machine can knit not only flock fabrics, medium pile fabrics and plush fabrics, but also jacquard pile fabrics.
