PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the costs of a whole system for dealing with information on a vehicle which operates on a route, and to accurately acquire and easily use the information.SOLUTION: An operation management server 7 is configured to, when receiving first identification information I1 from a radio communication terminal 3, record the reception history of a first beacon signal B1 by the radio communication terminal 3 in a reception history database 74. Also, the operation management server 7 is configured to, when receiving second identification information I2 from the radio communication terminal 3, record the reception history of a second beacon signal B2 by the radio communication terminal 3 in the reception history database 74.
