PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid discharge head which achieves a low flow rate of air blown therefrom and maintains high accuracy of an impact position when a liquid is discharged, and to provide a liquid discharge device and a manufacturing method of the liquid discharge head.SOLUTION: In a liquid discharge head, a projection part 11 is disposed at the front side of a discharge port 4 when viewed in a direction of movement of the liquid discharge head relative to a recording medium and protrudes in a direction from a discharge port formation surface 8, on which the discharge port 4 is formed, to the recording medium. An air outlet 10 for blowing a gas onto an area between the discharge port 4 and the recording medium is formed in the liquid discharge head.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
