Provided are: a method for rearing poultry and a method for improving feed conversion ratio (FCR) of poultry, each method being characterized by comprising, in rearing poultry, administering Bacillus coagulans to the poultry at a later stage of production; and a feed additive composition for improving FCR of poultry, said feed additive composition comprising Bacillus coagulans CP3425 (International Deposit Number NITE BP-01693) or a derivative strain or mutant strain thereof. |
