PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-fatigue agent being safe to humans and animals and allowing continuous intake and a pharmaceutical composition containing the fatigue agent.SOLUTION: An anti-fatigue agent has a dioxabicyclo[3.3.0]octane derivative represented by the general formula (I) as an active ingredient, and a pharmaceutical composition contains the fatigue agent. The derivative is preferably sesamin. In the formula, R, R, R, R, R, and Rare each independently a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having a carbon number of 1 to 3, or Rand Rand/or Rand Rtaken together represent a methylene group or an ethylene group, and n, m, and l represent 0 or 1. |
