Disclosed is a thermoplastic resin blow molded article which exhibits excellent elastic recoverability, flexibility and impact resistance without using a chlorine-containing material. Specifically, a thermoplastic resin blow molded article having a density of 983-1005 kg/m<SUP>3</SUP> is produced by blow molding by using, as a raw material, a thermoplastic resin composition containing 60-80 parts by weight of a styrene-butadiene elastomer and 40-20 parts by weight of a polystyrene with the total of the styrene-butadiene elastomer and the polystyrene being 100 parts by weight.
