摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power storage device having large power storage capacity and energy capacity for practical use, and having high reliability in charging/discharging cycle. SOLUTION: The power storage device is provided with positive and negative poles each containing a carbon active substance. The device is characterized in that an electric charging process in the positive pole exhibits an adsorbing process of anion in a low voltage region and an intercalation process in a high voltage region, the electric charging in the negative pole is generated based on the adsorption of cation and the negative pole is charged by remaining positive charges without being discharged in complete discharge.
