<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding door structure which prevents the hand or the finger of the operator from being pinched between door panels, carries out stable opening/closing operation of the door panels, and is produced at low production cost. <P>SOLUTION: The folding door structure 10 is provided with a hinge 14 for rotatably connecting between the two door panels 12a, 12b, and a rotating shaft 30 of the hinge 14 is arranged along a gap S defined between the door panels 12a, 12b. The folding door structure 10 is further provided with a finger pinching preventing member 22 having a mounting portion 38 mounted on one of the door panels 12a and a rod-like gap blocking portion 16 having an almost circular cross section, and the gap blocking portion 16 is arranged along the gap S on an extension line of the rotating shaft 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
