According to an embodiment of the present invention, there are effects of solving the problems with existing lenses, such as chromatic aberration and optical path distortion, achieving a higher luminous efficiency than existing lenses, and simultaneously making an optical system and a photo sensor including the same compact. To this end, particularly, an optical system according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a light emitting unit that includes a light source part that projects light at a predetermined beam angle at a first focus that corresponds to a light source and a first aspheric reflector that reflects the projected light to form parallel light that is parallel to an optical axis that includes the first focus; and a light receiving unit that includes a second aspheric reflector that reflects a portion of parallel light, the path of which is changed by an optical interaction with the formed parallel light, to allow the same to converge on a second focus and a photo detector located at the second focus to detect the light that converges on the second focus. |
