PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an operation feeling.SOLUTION: A robot operation device 40 is equipped with a touch panel 421 which receives the input of touch operation and moving operation from a user; an operation detecting portion 46 which can detects the touch operation and the moving operation to the touch panel 421; and an action command generating portion 47 which generates action commands for operating robots 20 and 30 on the basis of a detection result of the operation detecting portion.
