PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a post-processing device and the other which can simplify control when sheets requiring post-processing mix with sheets not requiring post-processing.SOLUTION: A post-processing device 3 comprises: a first sheet conveyance path R1 through which sheets are conveyed via processing portions such as a folded strain forming portion 307 that forms folded strains on a sheet having an image formed and a side edge removing portion 308 that removes side edges of the sheets; and a second sheet conveyance path R2, branched from the first sheet conveyance path R1, through which sheets are conveyed without going through the processing portions such as the folded strain forming portion 307 and the side edge removing portion 308. In a series of printing units where sheets requiring processing by the processing portions mix with sheets not requiring the processing by the processing portions, the first sheet conveyance path R1 through which the sheets go through the processing portions is not mixed with the second sheet conveyance path R2 through which the sheets do not go through the processing portions, and the sheets are conveyed through the first sheet conveyance path R1 through which the sheets go through the processing portions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
