PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive laminate using a polycarbonate film as a base material, which has a low surface resistance value, and makes a transparent conductive layer crystallize and is not cracked even when having been annealed at temperatures higher than 135°C.SOLUTION: There is provided a transparent conductive laminate, which uses a transparent laminated base material having at least one curable resin layer on one surface or both surfaces of a polycarbonate film, and has a transparent conductive layer mainly containing indium oxide and tin oxide provided on one surface or both surfaces of the transparent laminated base material, where the transparent conductive layer satisfies conditions (A) to (C): (A) degree of crystallization after annealing at 70°C for 6 hours of 30% or less; (B) degree of crystallization after annealing at 140°C for 45 minutes of 80% or more; and (C) surface resistance value Ra (Ω/square) after annealing at 130°C for 90 minutes of 50-250 Ω/square, and a ratio Rb/Ra between the Ra and a surface resistance value Rb (Ω/square) after annealing at 140°C for 45 minutes of 1.4 or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
