PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a standard taxable value verification device that facilitates verification whether or not a standard taxable value has an error.SOLUTION: A standard taxable value verification device includes: an acquisition unit 111 for acquiring lot number information showing the lot number of a parcel and multiple first parcel information used for the calculation of the standard taxable value of the parcel; a memory control unit 112 for associating the lot number information with the multiple first parcel information, and making a memory unit 13 store it; a calculation unit 113 for calculating the first standard taxable value based on the multiple first parcel information; a receiving unit 114 for receiving lot number specific information for specifying the lot number of the parcel and a second standard taxable value associated with the lot number specific information from an external device; a determination unit 115 for determining whether the second standard taxable value and the first standard taxable value acquired by the receiving unit 114 are matched or not; and an output unit 116 for outputting, in association with the lot number information, mismatch information showing that the first standard taxable value and the second standard taxable value are not matched when determined that the first standard taxable value and the second standard taxable value are not matched by the determination unit 115.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
